Anyone who knows me, knows my love for French desserts.
So when given a challenge for school, I decided to make it count and test my skills.
Here’s a glimpse into what I made each week!

    This is a flaky buttery tarte crust especially made for fruit tarts like this one.

    It was so much fun watching everything come together.
    I was so close to eating everything.

    And have so many delicious layers.

  • Classic Mini Cream Puffs

    Also called a profiterole or chou à la crème!
    It’s a filled French and Italian choux pastry ball with delicious filling. Sometimes it’s whipped cream, custard, pastry cream, or ice cream. They can be left plain or topped with chocolate sauce, caramel, or some powdered sugar.
